If you are bold enough- after service strike up a conversation and see where it leads you. Make sure the topic is related to the sermon. i am going through the same thing but...what i do is talk to him and try to make a friendship and then ask one of my friends to ask if he likes me. we go from there...but i did go out with this boy i did like and we both found out it wasn't comfortable dating in church because it was awkward for 2 middleschoolers with all the church people being all noisy but just try to impress and be cute..that's about all. BE FLIRTY!!!
