It's a quarter moon with a star.
And anyways, most Islamic women don't wear a burkha (I for one don't). They also have many rights. Please research before you start criticizing.

the only thing that u can see in Islam as a symbol is the color WHITE since it shows purity and nuetral in Islam. No Rasicm or Social Standings! All is welcome and Equal

They do. They got that star with the quarter moon. Otherwise idols and other such imagery is expressly forbidden.
