You don't. Sorry, but you can never really tell unless it's so obvious you don't have to ask others. It can get to be a BIG problem, unfortunately, if you make "accusitons" from "evidence" and then you find out its not true, and he brakes up with you. If you really, strongly think so, but don't want this (and honastly, who does?), make a list of people he would choose over you, and compare their behaviors now to the ones that they usually have. Suspicious? Ask them, not him, first. They nervous? Yup- you got it. THEN you confront your boyfriend- and dump him. (duh: hes a jerk & you want to dump him before he dumps you!) Also- if your really upset by this, becaus eyour so in love and what not, you thought he really cared, you've been going out for months, etc, etc- ask him. It comes as a slap in the face to him so fast he just tells you because he's sorry and wants you to know that. Or just ask him because you know its probably not true and you can have a good laugh- or because he's honast and he'd tell you (hahahahahahahaha- there is no such guy) I promise, if you get at least more than five people to agree with you on your judgement- you'll know the truth. Just ask around, you'll find what everyone else thinks- friends of the person he could be cheating with, his friends, your friends, enamies of yours who'd tell you the truth just because they'd know it'd hurt- whatever. My true advice? Go with your gut. Guts are usually right.

Look for little clues. What does his body language tell you? Does he still smile at you for no reason? Does he still put his arm around you? Is he coming home later and later? Is he not calling you as often? Does he call you by the wrong name? Some of these signs could be stress from work, so you have to be careful. Most guys that know how to cheat basically they will treat you the same eventhough his with another woman. But if you suspect confront him! If he doesn't give in try to go to places he frequent as a casualty. I know that sounded like lack of trust but when a relationship gets to this point is allowed to fight for your relationship.
