I'm a slightly overweight woman (working on shedding the pounds!). Always told that I have a wonderful personality and a beautiful face, and I don't lack for dates. Only problem is that the only reason guys seem to want to date me is for sex. I'm by no means easy, nor do I think I come off as easy, but what gives?! Any input/advice would be helpful and appreciated.

Being slightly overweight has nothing to do with the way guys are treating you. It may be that you are picking up the wrong men for some reason. Do you dress to provocativly? How do you act around men you just met? You may not even realize that you are doing things to attract these men so take a look at yourself and see if this is part of the issue. Chances are though that you are not doing anything to call these men into your life and are just going through a rough patch of men. I myself am a heavy set woman and I had very long and serious relationships in the past that when I look back to them were based on sex. Until I found the man that I married I did not realize what love was and I think I took advantage of the relationships that I had thinking that they were what it is all about. You need to learn to love yourself and embrace who you are. You will find someone who loves and respects you (most likely when you least expect it) and you will see that true love is something we dont know really happens until we have it. Just hang in there and be true to yourself love is just a stones throw away. Best of Luck.

How do you know all they want you for is sex? I think your choosing the wrong guys to date. How about having a no sex rule and maybe that will weed out some of the crap.

I agree. Maybe you should put a time limit on the relationship before having sex ... that would tell you who's in it for real and who's in it for sex.
