In the college dorms there's a sign up sheet for talent/mike night and I put my name on there just for fun and someone crossed out my name, I did it the second time and it was crossed out and a message said NO.
So I put a fake name. How do I find out who's been doing this? Don't I have a right to have fun and sign my name on there to have fun that night?

I would bet that either it is somebody that don't like you, or, somebody that does like you that is just teasing you.

well, i'll tell you this, a fake name will do you no good. you do have every right to have fun and sign your name, and whoever's crossing it out is most likely someone with a problem with you. who do you know that doesnt like you? keep an eye on him/her/them. also keep an eye on the sheet. check it constantly and rewrite your name everytime it gets crossed out. show that you wont give up. you could also talk to the person in charge of the mic night and let them know what's going on, and ask if you can be on the list without physically being on the list. does that make sense to you? i hope so. good luck.

Of course you have a right to have fun and sign anything you want to that is open to all students! Perhaps you should speak with the instructor that is in charge of this event. Good Luck! and Have Fun!

did you already sing in this thing .if so i would think maybe i sound terrible. other then that some bi@ch is messing with you . so write your name and wear a tight t shirt tight pants make yourself look a knock out and sing some sexy song . you might even want to see if you can work spilling some water on you t shirt into the act . this will help you win.

OK, that's really mean and you should talk to your RA about this. I hate it when people are immature and petty like this. Your dorm mates sound like they have the maturity of junior high students, not college students.

you would have to know who to know why, atleast it would help some. next time write your name real big across the whole sheet, see if they can scratch that out!
