yes! I agree. People are full of doom and gloom these days, I tell you that I wouldn't of wanted to live in any other time than now. Ungodly stuff has always happened since the dawning of time so why do people think we are all more evil these days. Anyway! getting back to your point, cos I'm veering off it a bit! Bad news always sells, it would be nice if the paper was full of lovely things each day, but people would find it boring.

I'm not christina, so I guess I'm probably considered ungodly myself but- It's simple- the media is a buisness. They ahve to do what sells. What people want to know about. They get bored hearing "This person is a nice person" Sex sells, violence sells. It's the sad fact of humanity. We like war. Whatever we claim, we like action movies, and war movies. We like the blood and guts. (Not all of us mind you, but society as a whole)

Non- While what you say is technicly true, it's a simple numbers game. Now if you compared that to the ratio of Christians vs Athiests in america, and used that to make a percentage, you'd have a leg to stand on.

AP - Dateline, Seattle Washington. Today in the Jones family, the mother sent her two children off to school. Tammy, in the 5th grade, had completed her homework. The 3nd grader, Billy, brought a lunch of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, because he doesn't care for the meatloaf. The father, Bill Senior, then went to work, where he had an average day.

During the day, nobody in the Jones family shot, raped or killed anyone. Just before their dinner of spaghetti, they said grace.

I think perhaps you should stick to the 700 club if you want to watch a cherry picked program that has a one sided view and needs to include God in everything and blame those that don't believe in God for everything wrong in the world. The rest of us just want straight forward news without all the cherry picking and preaching.

Well to tell you the truth, telling people of all the good going on isn't as interesting as hearing about the bad. It's really a money thing, because networks want people to watch their show.

Do what I did, turn your TV off...

Sorry, but most of those people doing "unGodly" crimes are "Godly" people. The percentage of atheists in prisons is much less than in society, while the percentage of Christians in prisons is much higher.
