First, get a good hari straightener. The shorter your hair when straight then smaller the straightener you should use, and vice versa.
I have curly hair too. But my hairdresser told me that the best way to straighten your hair is to wash it then dry it til it is damp, then use Cibu oso shimmer (read directions on back of bottle) then finish drying hair. Section your hair only straightening a
1in. - 2in. section, then if you have short layers use ALTERNA Hemp Sculpting Putty shines & texturizes. Your hair will look beautiful.

Shower first. Shampoo, (herbal shampoo), good conditioner, and then hair dryer but not strong. If your hair flies up up up, you should use slow hair dryer and slow slow brush your hair, or if i it is too curly don't brush. Best is ask your hair dresser. But, after hair dryer, here is what you should use:

save some money, because it costs almost £100, well, £89.
It is very good quality straightner, i wouldn't use any other product, they burn your hair if you leave it for long on your hair. This is like silk and loving to your hair, and giving care and effection. I also forgot to tell you, if you ever go to buy this hair straightner, they sell hair spray against hair heat burning as well. So just save some money and go and buy this you will be pleased.

Before you run out and buy the iron or the relaxer/straightener you may want to evaluate the area you live in, the more humid the more curls the more arid less curls, arid area's a flat iron would work fine, but in humid area's you may want the relaxer, why spend the cost of and harm of chemicals if you don't need them.. just check it out.

Use a hair straightener preferably the CHI ones they are really expensive but they work or you can get your hair permanently straight either one...don't worry my mom is a cosmetology person so she does hair....I know what I'm talking about.

first ask your stylist to straighten it with an iron. if that doesn't work, then you can always get it chemically straightened, but that costs a lot of money. your best option is to use a straightening iron. you can find cheap ones at drugstores

You could either flat iron or blow your hair straight with a high watt blow dryer and then wrap it with a silk or satin scarf or head tie.
