You may be dieting too much and causing your body to go into starvation mode and hold onto every morsel of fat in your body. If you're very restrictive in your diet and are completely cutting out certain food groups, you need to start eating more balanced meals, just in moderation. This way, your body won't feel deprived and since you're regularly working out, it will feel safe to release some of those stored up fat deposits. BTW, going to the gym every day is too much also - cut it down to at least 5 days per week, because by working out all the time and dieting, your body is assuming that you will not be getting any more food in the future, your metabolism will slow down dramatically, and all your efforts will be in vain. Do it the healthy way, going overboard with diet and excercise is not healthy, even though it may seem like it is.

You're probably losing fat and gaining muscle, which explains the weight staying the same. Make sure that you are eating enough with your diet (at least 1200-1500 calories, and probably more if you do a lot of cardio. Don't cut your fat intake to zero--about 1/3 of your calories can be from healthy fats like olive oil, avocados, etc.
You're doing the right thing--going to the gym regularly certainly cannot hurt. Go 4-5 times a week so you have time to rest (muscle doesn't build as well if you stress it out every day, and the more muscle you have, the more fat gets burned 24 hours a day, even when you're sleeping).
