these people think they can go without God, whereas it is not possible, sooner or later everyone gets to the moment where they desperately seek God's helping hand and shout for his amendment; some may not reach that stage until death comes. Then we'll see whether God is more believable or aliens...

There has never been proof and most likely there will never be proof that there is a "god". As far as aliens, they probably will not be proven unless one shows up.
If you really believe in god, then why do you think that evolution exists. I thought that the theory of evolution was against the theory of there ever being a "god" or other "supreme being".

I don't believe in aliens, at least not in the visiting earth ones we hear about in the media. There may be alien beings in other worlds we don't know about. Carl Sagan once said that if there wasn't other life in the universe it would be an awful waste of space. Just considering the vast size of it, it seems not unlikely that there is other life out there. God is not proven at all. If you have some conclusive evidence we don't know about please share it. Quoting a much disputed, contradictory ancient text doesn't count though.

If there is evidence on either God or aliens I would be willing to examine it and make up my mind based on the strength of the evidence. Some atheists may believe in aliens based on some proof they feel they have seen, or they may simple allow that the possibility is likely.

I think that your question is in many ways just as insulting as when atheists ask why do we believe in impossible things like God but not Aliens. Its not fair to lump all peoples viewpoints together like that. Im a Christian, and cant grasp how an atheist cant accept the existence of God, but to over generalize like that, in my opinion, will do more harm than good. And, God has neither been proven. nor disproven. I feel that this is His will...for us to come to trust and believe in Him by faith and free choice, not by a tangible "proof". Just my opinion...take it for what its worth.

Gee, you'd think that with a "Check Spelling" button right next to the text field when you start a new post, that people would get the word "atheist" right.

Who are you to say that aliens are impossible? Who are you to say that the existence of God has been objectively proven (what's the evidence?)? And who are you to presume that all atheists believe in the existence of aliens?

LOL, that's hilarious. I hope you're joking. If not, you'll have to forgive me if I don't accept your magic book as "proof."

As for aliens, it certainly does seem possible. If life exists on this planet, I don't see why it couldn't have happened on another. And there's been a lot more alien sightings, and where's the second coming?

Besides, not all atheists believe in aliens, and I know many religious people who also believe in aliens.

Yes, there may be a god, but not the Bible god.

The Bible god is a sorry specimen. Study the Bible and learn. There's no hope of your becoming an atheist unless you study your Bible?

properly, i imagine we are able to set up that the Christian god has no income, due the quantity of bullshit contained in the Bible. before you refute this, i visit percentage a quote: "The contradictions and illiteracies of the hot testomony have crammed up many books by technique of eminent scholars, and characteristic in no way been defined by technique of any Christian authority except contained in the feeblest words of ‘metaphor’ and ‘a Christ of religion.’ This feebleness derives from the very undeniable truth that until eventually at the moment, Christians could only burn or silence all those who requested any inconvenient questions." - Christopher Hitchens As to proving the nonexistence of a kind of deepest god, like perhaps the pantheist god: i will not coach a detrimental, it truly is type of on you. I advise, is it truly on you if I ask you to coach Zeus would not exist?

What Atheists claim as unbelief, is really rejection and denial of God's existence. There is a difference. Pride and intellectual ego, is the root of this stance, and proof that these individuals have been deceived, or chosen to side with the Great Manipulator. It is their choice, as Free Will is a Gift from God.
