i can't figure this out!

Go to the File menu and pick Import, add File to Library or Add Folder to Library depending on how many files you want to add and if you want to copy them to where you keep the rest of your music.

Save them to the Itunes Directly. If you mean the Software on your PC.
I presume you do not mean an upload to the Main site.
Itunes will allow you to save most types of MP3 and etc types of files

Well you open !Tunes.Press control + O or you can just go to file and import song.Write the name of the file and click open/press enter.The song should add itself to !Tunes.
