I know for a fact the city codes are not enforced in Glennville, Georgia.

We have rampant stray, abused, and dangerous pets and animals about. We have decaying and abandond properties which are neglected because the landowners are absent or too rich & white, oops --er too powerful to touch.

We've had four police chiefs in four years, because no police chief has the balls and savvy to stand up against the corrupt city and county governments. The same people who run this town control the drugs in this city. And ironically, we're close to a major military base. But THAT's not important is it?

We're sitting on top of a major pipeline to drugs, which bypasses I-95 corridor. The drugs come in here at least threeways, by 18 wheeler truck, by illegal alien mules, and possibly by military transport. The FBI was investigating the department of Long County, but that seems to go no where because the Sheriff, the longest alive in office today, is cutting deals with the US Marshalls for a new prison.

Enough people are either too ignorant, too lazy, or too complacent, depending on which side of the white picket fence you are on. Those who own plenty of land control the real estate in this town, which is Kicklighters. They don't seem like they are really interested in selling houses. Only if they think you're white enough will they sell you any good property.

The Mexicans are relegated to a few obscure trailer parks and a place called Little Mexico. Oh, by the way, we still have slaveryin Georgia. It's called "the undocumented immigrant" situation. The stores raise their prices when they come, the police and sheriff departments get rich off them, ticketing them for being brown but also getting money for every little infraction they can. While the rich white organized crime, called "The Good Old Boys" get away with literally rape, murder, and anything else they want to do.

Oh, ...uh.. my bad. I gues I got a little carried away there for a minute. What city did you say you is in? Washington D.C? Chicago? Los Angeles? Dallas? You tell us. Are they enforcing the municipal code fairly and across the board? Or is it the same here? Maybe it depends on what neighbourhood you're in, eh?

Yes...because I work for a city and I see those codes being enforced every day. I mean, there's no way to get to EVERYTHING all the time, but they do their best!

No!

The Code enforcement Officer is usually out there inspecting properties with his hand out and when someone slips him some bucks he goes on to the next property!

At least that is the way it is where I live!
