I'm a first time pregnant girl (I have two wonderful step children that I claim as my own but this is my first) and isn't it the most awesome feeling to feel him/her kick??? I have to say...I thank God that I"m a woman (it used to be annoying at times) and that I get the opportunity to experience this miracle inside me!!! I just had to share that with you all!!!!

As a mom of 3 I often tell others that the one thing I miss the most is feeling baby inside moving and hiccuping. What a very extraordinary feeling. It's so hard to explain to the men in our lives but it's fun sharing with those who have also experienced it.

Congrats on the baby news and many well wishes sent your way for a happy and healthy pregnancy.

That is the most awesome time in a pregnancy, I remember the first time I felt my son kick, I was riding in a car to go pick up daddy from work.

It is the most wonderful feeling, isn't it? It is hard to explain to someone who hasn't experienced it, and hard to find a way to share it, even though you want to so badly. Congratulations on this incredible miracle, and all that comes with it. Best of luck to you!

I also loved feeling the kicks....expecially when my kids got the hiccups. Towards the end of each pregnancy though the kicks really started to hurt so they were a little less enjoyable.

Congratulations! Yes, it is really cool the first time they kick! But by about week 37 you just wish they would stop so you can sleep! My second time around I couldn't sleep-if I laid on my right side the heartburn was horrible, and on my left my son kicked me like crazy!

I completely agree! I'm pregnant with my first also and the kicks have just started within the last week or so. I smile everytime I feel it.

I loved every single kick and punch and roll that my son did while I was pregnant. I still miss that feeling sometimes, but alas I will feel it again someday!

it's the best... my first born just turned one in feb and although i was sooo happy to have him with me and not in my stomach anymore.... I would still miss the feeling of him kicking me and keeping me up at night cause he wouldn't stay still...Now i am preg again and i am looking forward to the same feelings....

CONGRATS
