Depends how old the guy is? if he's your age he might think you're really into him. If this guy is older and more mature there's the chance he might not take you serious. In general most guys when you tell them "I love you" get a boost of their ego. The real thing here is do you really love him? or is this is just a puppy love or some sort of fling? First of all, teenage boys don't think. Secondly, all of you 13-14 year olds need to stop messing with each other and concentrate on your schoolwork. Third, never tell a guy you love him until either he says it first (which is still open for debate) or after you are married.

He's thinking you're either in love with him or you're a complete psycho...but at age 13 or 14 I would hold that feeling of "love" until you and he are able to live independently away from parents before you decide what love is...

He could get scared, but he could also be very happy. I mean, that's a young age to be saying that to someone, but, you probably don't want to hear that, you probably hear that too much. If you're really feeling that way, and you want to know what he's thinking, just ask. Be honest with him.

That about describes it. Guys about that age are clueless, hopeless and helpless. Give them 4 more years to grow up. But then, pulling the big "L" at that age is pretty immature for a girl, too. Cute & funny, sure, but mature & real? Nah.

First of all if you don't know what he is thinking...a bunch of complete strangers aren't going to know what he is thinking.
