Ice Cream is just what it says ice and cream.
The product is made in bulk.and is bought from wholesalers close to where the vendor lives.
Unless there is a specific brand name on the van and it is advertised as being sold there, it will be a product made in bulk.
The syrups used are all sweet and yummy.

I'm sorry, did your space ship just land? Ice cream is made from cow's milk so if you don't eat dairy, then ice cream is OUT. But if you're a vegetarian who does eat dairy, your're good to go. Syrup is mostly sugar.
