I am thinking about working for a non profit organization, however, the pay is very low (about 20 grand less then I should recieve)

I'm trying to balance the pros and cons: and was wondering if there was any tax laws I might be able to benifit from for working for a non profit?

Thanks!

None. You pay your taxes like you would if you were working for a for-profit organization

In the eyes of the IRS, income from a non profit is the same as any income.

No, as an employee of a non-profit, you pay the same taxes on your earnings as if you were working for a for-profit company for the same amount of money.
