Is it some kind of Catholic rule that Catholics can not tolorate non catholics? I see a lot of prejudiced opinions and most of them are coming from people who are supposedly Catholic. Scares me..if the Catholics are going to save the world some day as they believe then maybe they should just shut and do that.

Wow, I am, how insightful of you! Are you one of my neighbors or something? I think I am evil, self-centered, and I used to think I was a twit, when twit was an "in" word. I'll have to go confess that now. Hopefully, I'll come out of this all a better person....but then again, maybe not. I'll just say a few more prayers, light a candle or two, gaze with love upon my statue of the BVM, kiss the foot of the crucifix on my wall, and ask God to send you a little present from me. It might be good, it might be bad. It might be slightly twitty. I just don't know at this point....Nevertheless, without prejudice....

Back in the dark ages when I was a Catholic, it did seem we were encouraged to have a superior attitude. I suppose it had to do with being able to trace all the popes back to St. Peter, and therefore (theoretically), Jesus himself, while the Protestants only had Martin Luther and a few other heretics.
Needless to say I am glad to have left all that behind. Life is so much simpler without all that baggage.

I'm a Catholic, and have no problem whatsoever with non-Catholics (or non-Christians, for that matter). I don't have a problem with people whose opinions are different than mine.

Not all Catholics are twits, many are, but not all. Same applies to Christians, Bhuddists and Muslims to a greater degree.

No....just my brother's ex-wife.

That's an excellent description of her, though. Evil, self-centered, and a twit.

I am not Catholic, but I haven't seen much of this behavior. Are you sure you not just bias, or paranoid?
