Wisconsin? Sweety, I've been to Puerto Rico and those mosquitoes are HUGE! Every time i visit the island they all come to me. Im like new blood for them, I literally become a blood donor lol Those "off" bug repellents didn't stop them from giving me big itchy cherry bump bites lol I couldn't stand the bites! I hate mosquitoes! If you have bites, try applying salt water. When i swam in their beaches the swollen bites seemed to reduce drastically after a day and healing was quicker.

I'm really not sure how to get rid of them fast but just wait and when they do go away and u wear shorts and stuff try and find some AVON skin so soft oil. It smells really good, makes ur skin look sexy, plus bugs hate it. They will for sure stay away from you------ I SWEAR!!! Good luck!!!!!
