If you mean a table at which a student sits to do his studying, it is called a desk. If you mean that the student is studying the table, then it is called `still life`.

Could be a bureau, but i think that's just a posh name for a desk. But they are a different sort of desk. Might be what you're looking for. I think if you type chairs into the search on www.e-bay.com, you might even find one of them two.
