Porridge and Flapjacks do not have flour added. The dust that comes with raw porridge oats is oat flour.

Custard is made with cornflour.

Gravies and sauces are often thickened with flour (wheat)

Some soups are too.

Fried meats and fish are fried using flour as a coating and of course fish and chips have flour in the batter.

Incidentally, if you are asking about this for health reasons, rice or potato flour do just as well and can be used in baking. It is the gluten in wheat that causes the biggest problems.

Mmm. It is late, so I am not thinking straight. I have to eat at midnight in preparation for a fasting test tomorrow.

Suggest you look at the labels before you buy. Flour is used in most sauces etc. I assume you mean wheat flour? Bread is flour & not much else. Pasta is 100% flour.
