in order to answer it, i'll tell you a story i once read: There were these 2 kids who always disagreed in school. One day, the teacher got tired of their bickering, and called them both to her desk, where she had this sphere structure. The teacher made each kid stand on opposite ends of the desk, and say what the color of the sphere was. Kid 1 said black; kid 2 said white - and they started arguing again. Then the teacher made the kids switch positions. Now, kid 1 said white and kid 2 said black - the sphere was actually split into two different colors

sol, the quote: "the world is full of color" - the world has so many different views & opinions. "yet overflowing always in black and white" - people only see things in their own views and do not explore different views or possibilities

The world is full of so much variety, geographically, naturally and humanly -- different climates, countries, races, beliefs, cultures, ways of life and means of expressing all these.
Unfortunately, many people choose to think in either/or terms....in other words, black or white. All the wars, terrorism and "ethnic cleansings" currently going on are one example of this sort of thinking.
I always remind people that there are many shades of grey between the black and white.

I am assuming you meant "black and white".

It means that there is so much going on in the world - so many different points of view yet there are always two parties who reduce everything to good or evil, this way or that.

Either that or your telly's on the blink.

I believe it means there are many possibilities in the world but not very many people take advantage of them... There are many things to learn, and few have the desire to do so... The world could be peaceful but we're all caught up on war..
