I want to go out with my friends tonight and drink a little but my mom just told me I have a dentist appointment tomorrow morning. I know it takes awhile for alcohol to get out of your system, do you think the dentist will be able to smell it on my breath? If so, what can I do -mouthwash?

There isn't alot you can do, and mouthwash will not help. The reason is because when you drink, and smell like alcohol in the morning is because the alcohol settles in the bottom third of your lungs. This is why people take BREATH alcohol tests. That's where the alcohol stays, so in all actuality, mouthwash, gum and mints will only help for a very short time.

It will be very hard to get it out by tomorrow morning, but a lot of my friends try sucking on their keys when they have been drinking. Try that and eat food after you drink. That will help cover it up. Also, try not to burp when you are at the dentist.

unfortunately, "beer breath" doesn't start in your mouth, it's from the alcohol in your bloodstream entering the air you breathe into your lungs. So, when you breathe out, no amount of mouthwash is going to help.

If you are under age how can you be drinking with your freinds? Something is not right here. You live at home and your mom makes your appointments for you but you are old enough to drink?

You cannot get the alcohol off your breath, and the reason why is, the body rids itself of part of the alcohol in your system through the lungs. You expel part of the alcohol through your lungs, so as long as there is alcohol in your system, it will be excreted partly through the lungs. Sorry. :)

training on beer first could help. beer is complicated to chug on account which you start to burp after 1 / 4 of the can. complicated liquor do exactly little chugs and breath by your nostril, swallow frequently and don't enable your mouth fill each and each of how up. in simple terms enable it fill a splash and then swallow and shop repeating. its particularly very almost prepare, studying whilst to breath, whilst to no longer, that type of stuff. EDIT: in simple terms me, he did no longer ask on your oppinion or how he can drink extra alcohol, you fail to respond to the question. FAIL!
