lol... Yes. It is thier for life.

When jobs and things like that do research on your record they only go back 7 years, unless you are going to try a job with kids, they check back for life, as well as high security jobs they check back your whole record.

So Yes it is on their for life, most of the time it doesnt matter.

Same with Felonies. But, You can never vote again with a felony. =-)

First things first.
State jail, no such thing.
Jail, which is county, is for sentences of less than 1 year.
Prisons, both state and federal, are for felonies.
If you were ever in jail or prison as an adult it will always be on your record.
If you were a juvenile, your record may be sealed, but your record is still there.

Do you mean as a visitor, or a guest with a minimum reservation? If you are a prisoner your record of jail time, and the arrest and charges will be with you for the rest of your life. If an attorney has your record expunged it is not visible to civilians, but the government people can see it.

Going to any jail will stay on your record until you exist no more. But after 7 years, no will probably pay it attention unless you get into more trouble.

Yes and No. If you are convicted under the lst offender act, then your record can be sealed after a certain amount of time. The same is true if you are a juvenile offender, your record can be sealed at any time as long as you are not tried as an adult. God Bless U, Martha S.

It really depends on why you are in jail. But usually, it will remain on your record unless you can have it expunged or sealed.

Good Luck.
