windows was unable to complete the format.?

Question

this was displayed when i tried to erase files on my mp3 player.never did it before.any ideas?it wont even turn on now.pc just says please insert disc into drive h?i dont have driver disc but it always works like plug and play.hope its not busted!

Strange. The fact that it is recognizing drive h: means that the connection to the USB port may not have been right. Try putting the connection into another USB port and see if it is recognized in Explorer or your music software. My MP3 shows up as g: drive when I plug it into the USB port.
