Wisdom Teeth Post Op Care - Salt Water Mix ?

What is the amount of salt to warm water that you're supposed to rinse with? I forget the measurements. Thanks!

I'm a dental hygienist. I tell my patients to put 1 teaspoon of salt to a regular size glass of warm water, mix to dissolve and swish with that several times a day. Good luck!
