If there is a God, wouldnt God not be "he" or "she", but "it" instead. God should be considered sexless since he is beyond the material world.
Most would describe God as a male because (1)God created Adam in the image of himself. (2)Jesus being a man was the reincarnation of God.
If God is considered a man, whats the point of his sexual organs? He creates without the need of a physical form, yet he is assumed to have these reproductive organs which makes a man a man.
Also, Why did God imprenate Mary with Jesus when he could have made him out of dirt like Adam?
Prior to the birth of Jesus, God was considered to be one not three, right? Than where does the holy ghost fit in or was God a two part God?

God is a spirit not a he or a she, when it is said that God created man in his own images I would assume the word "image" does not mean ones physical characteristics but how humans act and feel. Now some humans do act like animals but in a general sence humans are superior to other animals in how our mind works we are made in the "likeness" of God having domanation over all other earthly beings. Now when you read the bible you will see many passages where God is decribed to have human charateristics this is just how God choose to reveal himself at that time. Exodus 33:20 says

"You cannot see My face, for no one may see Me and live." we cannot see God in his real form because of the sin that we were born from here on earth the only time we may be able to see God in his true form is when we die and go to heaven..... Now as for why God impregnated Mary, Jesus was to be "human" and for him to be human he would have to be born from a human but thats the significance of the virgin birth Jesus was born of Mary and the holy ghost not of another man, that would show people that he was the son of God, also Jesus was not to be born of sin if he would have had both a human mother and father he would not have been born perfect, God like and sin free. Those were indicators that he was the son of God meaning "God in the human form." Thats where you get the Holy Trinity "The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost." 3 parts that equal 1 they are NOT 3 separate Gods they are one in the same. All in all it is very hard to explain most of how God and the bible works simply because its hard for humans to think with no ending humans are born and we die its very hard to think outside of that box its hard to think about a being that exist in a way humans dont and cannot on earth. Take space for example space is never ending it expands streches and exist in ways that are very hard for humans to understand and to explain all you can do is have faith and enjoy every mintue that you have here.

God the Father is a Spirit.
John 4:24 - God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit have always been.

Jesus Christ.
John 8:57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? 58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:2 - And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Genesis 1:2
Creation | Deep | Dove | Earth | Holy Ghost | Wilderness
Creation
"In the beginning" God created, i.e., called into being, all things out of nothing. This creative act on the part of God was absolutely free, and for infinitely wise reasons. The cause of all things exists only in the will of God. The work of creation is attributed (1) to the Godhead (Genesis 1:1,26); (2) to the Father (1 Corinthians 8:6); (3) to the Son (John 1:3; Colossians 1:16,17); (4) to the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:2; Job 26:13; Psalms 104:30). The fact that he is the Creator distinguishes Jehovah as the true God (Isaiah 37:16; 40:12,13; 54:5; Psalms 96:5; Jeremiah 10:11,12). The one great end in the work of creation is the manifestation of the glory of the Creator (Colossians 1:16; Revelation 4:11; Romans 11:36). God's works, equally with God's word, are a revelation from him; and between the teachings of the one and those of the other, when rightly understood, there can be no contradiction.

... good questions.

The Trinity is our best understanding of who God seems to say he is. There seem to be ideas throughout the Bible that there is a God that is three in one (Genesis using plural name for God and God created and the Spirit of God hovered over ...). It seems that they were three for as long as we know, but God became flesh when one of the Godhead became Jesus. So, if you're keeping score Jesus is flesh and yet still God, God (the father) is spirit, and obviously the Holy Spirit is spirit. But some how all are still only one God (three in one).

God certainly could have made a body for Jesus out of dirt, but one reason God may have had him grow from an infant was so that he would truly understand our struggle. Jesus probably has male sex organs, but the other two evidently do not (spirit beings have little use for such things I would think).

Who is to say that God has sexual organs? When he created Adam for the dirt, he created him in his image. This is not an image as pro se, male, but man. Being a leader, head of a family, decision maker. He put Adam in charge of the Garden of Eden. He created woman, from Adam.
As for Jesus, had be been made of dirt, the miracle of a virgin giving birth could not have happened.
Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I assume you are speaking of the Trinity. The Holy Ghost or spirit, is the shear power that one carries through faith. It is the strength one has through faith. It is the 'feeling' that ones God, or Christ, is always near. Luke 18 Jesus and the Blind Beggar: Verse 44: Jesus said to him, "Receive your sight. Your faith has healed you." Notice, Jesus didn't say "I have healed you. It was the power, the spirit of God that healed this man. Jesus, was the vessel.

You are incorrect. Jesus was not reincarnated. He is the incarnate Son of God.

Secondly, concerning our humanity, God identifies himself as our Father and is therefore defined as "He".

Third, God is spirit and therefore has no human sexual organs. He created Adam in his spiritual image, not his physical image. Physicially, Adam (and Eve) were created with sexual organs to replenish the Earth.

Fourth, in order for Him to perform his work on Earth, Jesus had to be born of a woman, in accordance with scripture. Had Jesus been made out of dirt, he would have been another creation, rather than the Son of God.

Fifth, God has always been considered as One. God the Father and God the Son are One in their uniqueness. The holy spirit (or the holy ghost, as you call it) is the spirit of Christ, which lives inside of all true believers of Christ.

There are those who would argue the reality of God, even in His midst. No amount of truth will open their eyes.

He calls Himself Father, so God is a man and Jesus is a man and if you've seen Jesus you've seen the Father. Jesus said, "The Father and I are One."

God was always three. "Let us make man in our image." Jesus is the only one of the three with an image. That was the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in the beginning.
God is Light. "Let there be light." In the beginning God...
The Spirit of God was brooding over the waters - the Holy Spirit.
Jesus said, "I was slain from the foundation of the world." Jesus was there in the beginning.

All three (3) were at the Creation.

God is an entirely spiritual Being, not male or female. We say "he" because He is a personal Being, not an "it" which is impersonal.
God not only created Adam in His image but also Eve: "male and female he created them."
Jesus is male and so has all the physical characteristics of a human male.
God did not "impregnate" Mary. The Spirit "oveshadowed" her and she conceived.
God was always One and Three but that was only revealed after the Resurrection of Jesus.

."God is spirit and they that worship him, must worship him. In spirit and in truth"

The social aspect, metaphysical, of God was manifest in terminologies that man could understand: The hand of God, God's head is not easily turned, The might of the hand of God, at these times God did wink, God see the sparrow fall, It breaks Gods heart to see people sin.
In the Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic languages the term for God is masculine. Most thing in the culture of biblical times were controlled by males. Women were of no relevance.

In order for Jesus to know and become the substituting Lamb of God, the perfect sin sacrifice, He had to become a man. "Born of a woman"

There are some versions of the Bible that refute the Triune God Head. Some religions claim the same. Those religions are based on vision of men and believed by many. Most Biblical linguists agree on the triune Godhead.
If changes are made to a document to allow for another belief that could not be in the original. Be careful what you believe. Most Christian Religion accept the triune God head. If you don't that will not change the fact that the spirit of God moves on the waters and brings people to a knowledge of salvation. It is an entity to itself for there is no other spirit like it.

this is just one point of view, you see in the bible if you check it right theres a lot that doesnt make sense this being one of them
I like you consider God to be an ¨It¨ but also just like us a far superior being in my mind i beliebe that we Humans dont use our minds tru potential heck it is said that we only use 1 percent so if anyone were to reach 100 percent would they become God?

that is what i think God is something or someone that manage to reach the full capacity of our brain and became a God it is posible that ¨¨It is not the only one there could be more
but still when ever the question lies that if there is or not a true God then we should raise our own questions and answer them our own i for one dont believe in the bible since a Human wrote it not God as Humans tend to lie or say anything in their favor for me Religion is the Biggest Monopoly in the world

but despite this it is only my opinion and for that people should either listen and learn or ignore at their own will it is how things are in life
hope my opinion help if not then i am glad to hear your opinion
have a nice day

In the Quran God says "he" is unlike anything we can imagine. Its our limited understanding that forces us to imagine God as having a gender or even if we state that he has no gender then believing he is an "it" still brings thoughts of what an "it" might be or look like. Its circular thinking that is impossible to solve.

God created Jesus without a father as one of the miracles of Jesus to show he was a messenger of God. Also, God did not impregnate Mary...he said the word "Be" and the life of Jesus was begun. The Bible version of the conception of Jesus sounds almost like rape or something by God against Mary. God forgive us for our desires to make him like us instead of us like him(living up to his words).
