I'm trying to get healthier and lose some extra pounds/inches I've gained. What (if any) fruits/veggies should I stay away from and which ones should I eat a lot of? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

There's the list of superfoods... high in antioxidants.

Beans
Blueberries
Broccoli
Oats
Oranges
Pumpkin
Salmon
Soy
Spinach
Tea (green or black)
Tomatoes
Turkey
Walnuts
Yogurt

However, the key is to eat a variety and lay off of the chips, sweets and high fat processed foods.

squash and green beans are very good, carrots are ok too........peas and corn are the worse for you, thet are starches.considered breads on diets** apples and oranges have loads of natural sugar, so i would stay with canalope and maybe just a few grapes or pears
