It's difficult being single. People are strange, strange creatures aren't they. Even at my age I fin hard to talk to a guy that doesn't resemble a character on "America's Most Wanted" or is actually close to you type. I tried all the usual routes but I don't want to go to a bar I don't want to meet a degenerate drinker and smoker. It's fine to do casually but never all the time. So some help for this single gal would definetly do me som justice.

Actually, a bookstore should be a great place to meet people. It seems like a LOT of them cater to people to mingle and hang-out.

I would not recommend bars for meeting a partner to anyone. I think your idea of a bookstore is an excellent idea. Find someone to strike up a conversation with, and if nothing comes of it, or there is no attraction, at least my might pick up a good peice of Literature out of it. I hear the grocery stores and laundry mats are also good places to meet other singles. Just stay out of the bars...

I say yea at least you can tell he is not out running the streets and he has a intrest beside play stations and X Box

Stop looking for that idea man. We women all do the same thing. We all want that idea guy and He is not out there.

any place but aa meetings,rehab,and a bar is a good place to meet a guy
