Delivery would be very expensive in this area, though if you are desperate, pea pod by Giant might deliver fresh seafood. Good fresh fish is available at Cameron's seafood on 16th street, and at Korean Korner on Randolph Rd and Viers Mill. Both on major bus routes, koren korner has the unique thrift store next to it, really worth the trip!

Mostly, we have to go to the store to buy our fish in DC but this website says it delivers ... I've never tried them. http://lobsteranywhere.com/cgi-bin/category/faq...

But there are some markets along the Main Avenue Wharf in DC that are simply wonderful.
