You can't get rid of fat in only one area with exercise. The only option for fat removal in one area is liposuction.
You can lose weight however and some of it will come off your arms, but the rest will tone up as well.
Also do more bicep and tricep exercises, because then you can built some muscle which can help arms look better even if you have some flab.

I have always had muscle in my arms and they are still not too big. I think part of it is just where your fat gets stored on your body. There is no way to spot reduce fat on areas of your body but you can do isolated exercised to tone your arms. And any cardio that you do will help you lose weight so some of that would come off of your arms. But here are exercises that I do. I do them with 8, 10, 12, 15, sometimes 20 lb dumbbells for certain exercises. I do bicep curls. Like maybe two sets of 30 on each arm. Do pushups. Do 2 sets of 25. Do tricep extensions with a heavier weight. There are many you can do. They are just hard to explain with words.

You can't spot reduce. Running, swimming, cycling...all of these will help you burn calories, which translates into fat burn all over your body, including your arms. You can start to firm them, though. Try doing tricep dips: sit on the edge of your couch and put your hands under your bum. Then, let your bum drop off the edge of the couch (slowly) and then lift yourself back up again using only your arms. Repeat for 3 sets of 12. Pushups are also really good for toning arms.
Some aerobics will also tone arms...try tennis, squash, kickboxing and tae-bo :)

you cant reduce fat in a certain bodypart
as your body chooses where it puts fat on and drops fat first and last
