I dont want to change my apperance or act really wierd, but how will he notice me. i need him to notice me because i really like him!

Don't consider what some of these guys are suggesting.Let me expalin why.Not only is it cheapening yourself but he won't take you seriously if you try that especially if he is a decent guy.
Here's what you do.You smile and talk to him and you listen.That is the key.Listen to what he says and remember what he says.There are plenty of girls out there he could probably choose from but by paying attention to what he likes then you made yourself memorable out of the whole lot.Please remember that you must talk about yourself in order to make the conversation flow and so he can get to know you too.Above all,have fun,be relaxed and be yourself.

im 15 and i just focous on work work guys are dumb today
but if u want him to notice u
find out where all his classes are
and like pretend to "hang" by the hall hes in for a few minutes then wait till u see he sae u then leave before he does so he does nt think ur desperate
dont try to make him jealous by pretending to laught with another guy
he'll just think ur desperate or dating that guy and he wont talk to u
if u have a friend or u know any1 that u both know in common get that person to pretnd to go out on a "group" outing like to the movies or something
and then be all casual and have it pre set up
whos with u
just have that friend be (ex)
kelsy with zack
jess with mack
etc
and have that person "somehow pair u and him up"
also if ur by him pretnd to drop ur books or something if hes really a gentle man and into u he'll pick them up for u...if he doesnt and saw u drop then and didnt help hes an ***

Depends on the kind of guys. If it's just one guy you are referring to then it'll be easy. Go talk to him! It's pretty hard not to notice someone that's literally right in front of you. It may not be the most comfortable method for you but it will be the easiest and it will work.

get obsessed with your hair. you don't have to cut it, but wear it down, or in a different style, something really girly if possible. smile more around him but make out like you don't notice him more than anyone else, except that if you ever manage to make eye contact, be sure to give him a really good smile.
