we can filter numbers and text in excel . but colors ? for example cells that their format cells for colors are red .

You can't filter by color in versions before Excel 2007. You could combine conditional formatting and advanced filtering to approximate filtering by color. For example, conditionally format all values greater than 25 as Blue; values at least 20 but less than 25 Red; etc. Then filtering by the value would give the illusion of filterin by color.

ya. we can filter colours in excel.

if u wanna make an attractive excel sheet then u should format the excel sheet with attractive background picture.

you can do this if you are using the latest version of microsoft office.

you can do this by inserting picture or colour from insert menu.

Usually Conditional Formatting will cover this area of Excel
You should be able to designate whatever colours you want where you want

yes, it can be done.. but i dont remember how to do that..

i took up a course with www.excelgoodies.com a month ago and the instructor there thought me how to do that.

may be u can check with them on their website.
