Most of the arguments you have presented are not worth putting in a serious paper (they're more fit for a comedy reel or an Art Bell broadcast).
The only real issues of contention are exactly what portion of the rise in greenhouse gases are attributable to mankind (versus natural sources of them like volcanic activity, biological activity like swamps and bogs, etc.). Also, there is a considerable debate about exactly "what happens next"; that is, there is some disagreement over exactly when and where various ice caps will melt, at what rate, and whether such melting will disrupt oceanic currents (like the Atlantic Conveyor).
The global warming debate IS highly politicized, but that doesn't mean that scientists are lying. Just because there are people who are using this debate for their politcal gain doesn't mean that the science is wrong.
In other words, good luck convincing an audience of people educated in the sciences that global warming doesn't exist (though Joe Six Pack will certainly believe such an argument due to sheer ignorance). On the other hand, you can very successfully argue that we don't have a good understanding of how global warming will progress. If I had to write a paper on this side of the topic, that's what I would do.

The fact of global warming is hard to argue against. The sun, which has cooler and warmer phases, is in a period when it is getting warmer. This will result in neighbouring planets like Earth getting warmer also. When the sun moves into a cooling phase then the planets will cool also. In each case the global climate will be effected - probably significantly. This will have economic, social, and political results. There is little or nothing that the human race can do to effect this phenomena.
What can be disputed is the effect of human activity on the climate, and the effect of the "greenhouse" gases such as carbon di-oxide and methane. Even if human activity does have some influence on the climate, and this does have some bad results, it is legitimate to ask if some of the suggested "cures" will not be even worse in terms of economic dislocation. Obviously stopping the pollution of land and water supplies
would be desirable, but the scale of de-industrialization necessary to seriously reduce carbon and methane emissions would impoverish millions of people, and severely curtail food production ( the way to reduce methane emission would be to end most animal husbandry and ban paddy-filed cultivation of rice, a major dietary staple). However, what is becoming increasingly clear is that the "threat" of global warming is being used by governments and inter-government organizations to increase central control over human communities, and to allow them to regulate human behavior to a remarkable degree. Much fuss is currently being made about the carbon emissions of cars - yet worldwide all forms of transport are responsible for only a small proportion of the carbon di-oxide vented into the atmosphere - forms of altering land-use, such as burning off vegetation to allow other crops to be planted is responsible for far more.
If the sun is going to warm the Earth - as seems almost certain, then it would be far more sensible for governments to concentrate on how to cope with it, as it surely cannot be stopped. Instead we see politicians, officials, and bureaucrats taking the opportunity to gain ever more power over peoples lives.

Not many real valid arguements about global warming, many arguments exist against specific solutions that are totally impractical.
Many arguments exist against many of the proponents that exagerate the result of global warming. While most scientists agree that sea level rises of one or two feet are likely, the reports in the press by environmental spokesmen often talk about sea level changes of 20-200feet, and those numbers are not supported by credible scientific research.

Global warming is a $5Billion business in the US alone. There is a lot of incentive to keep the story going.
Remember the earth is always warming or cooling. There is no such thing as a 'static climate' where the temps stay the same year after year.

even if the person you're handing the report into doesn't believe global warming is happening, your report is still going to suck going by the reasons you listed. First, there is evidence. Second, you say the world is actually cooling (which is actually false), but if you take that as fact you go on to say that Mars is also warming, which implies that earth is warming too, so therefore the argument you made that earth is actually cooling is completely void. Try to find sources that support your argument that actually reference their evidence...you won't find any! Good Luck!

this is my side of the argument
Is global warming a man-made menace?
not all there are natural cycles in the planets life
but a lot is influenced by mans existance ,and this is increasing with overpopulation, putting strains on Natural resources and increasing contaminations as well as destructions of essential componants the ensure living conditions for all life forms
some home truths
politicians and scientists who work for politicians have downplayed the facts because solutions are expensive and means change and change effects many people income, and most of the world is kept in the dark of the real things that are going on.
in North Africa,India,Mexico ,millions of people are effected by land loss and desertification
in recent times thousands of people have died because of exessive heat, usually old people.in India ,Mexico and France,
deforestation causing desertification, the desert conditions causing very cold nights and scorching hot days
in china, thousands of what used to be farmers are running for their lives from the dust storms that have burried their towns and turned their lands into dessert, the globe where they were got to hot for them .
and instead of producing food they are now needing it from some where else, and they will drastically effect the world food prices when they start buying water in the form of grains ,at any cost destabalising governments, in some countries ,could be the result
(are you seeing more Chinese around interested in agricultural lands ,we do here in Mexico)
,the Sahara is growing by 7 kilometers a year
and all of the desserts we know are a results of mans actions ,and they are increasing ,not getting less ,in the dinosaurs days ,there were no desserts.
collectively this planet is drying up because of bad farming practices like, over grazing and fertilizers,
as far as the food production is concerned, Global warming or some of its effects are serious, rising seas result in landloss
each degree rise in temperature means 10%crop loss
more landloss because of desertification every year,we have less areble land to produce food ,for an extra 70 million people ,
and there is less and less water (because of deforestation),to irrigate this production ,
and there are less and less farmers to do it..
who are overpumping deep carbon aquifiers
who are plowing more and more unstable lands because they have lost so many million hectares to desertification ,
because of bad farming practises ,such as using fertilizers and heavy machinary or over grazing
RISING SEAS
The northpole is melting ,and we will know it without ice in our life times.
this does not affect the sea level because it is ice that is already in the water.but the melting ice from Green land and the south pole ,are another matter.
Global warming is in theory reversable, but it will mean global co operation between all countries ,and taking into account human nature and the world politics ,it is unlikely that this will happen,
At least not untill we are all in the middle of planetary disastres and it becomes a battle for the survival of humanity every where.
SOLUTIONS
if you want to help the planet ,plant a tree every week ,if everyone on the planet did we we would be able to reverse the destructive processes
reduce carbon emisions, and they are already working on that by alternative forms of energy and regulations on carbon producing materials, aerosol cans, burning rubbish, industrial chimneys, powerplants etc.
the capture of carbon and the production of water and assist the aquiferous manta.
the world bank pays large subsidies for reforrestation to capture carbon and the best tree for this is the Pawlonia
Waterharvesting projects ,such as millions of small dams.to redirect over ground waterflows from the rains into the ground to supply subteranian water supplies.
the protection of existing forrests.
stop building more highways, urban planning to include vegetation stop building cities encourage people to return to the land to conduct their business from there which now has become possible thanks to the internet.
education to motivate people to auto sufficiency by building more home food gardens.
education on environmental awareness
education on family planning to curb over´populaion
Agricultural education and improvements to follow the principals or sustainability and soil management.
more environmental or land ,design to prevent bush fires, such as--fire breaks
,more dams.regulations and control for public behaviour
alternative effeciant public transport to discourage the use of the internal conbustion engine
recicling wastes,limit water use
