omg I hate when guys do that....I think some guys think girls like em saying perverted things just tell him dont talk that way or hang up the phone he will get the point if you did hang up the phone... but if you don't like it just tell him and if he loves you and respects you he will stop. so hope this helps.

He probably wants phone sex. Have you asked him why he does it and more importantly, has he answered if you have? The way to answer this question is to ask him. If you don't like it then him so to and he should respect your wishes. If he continues doing it after you ask him to stop then he is disrespecting you.
On the other hand, if you're willing to give it a shot you might want to join in and see what happens. He might like it being done to him and it might improve the relationship. Just a suggestion.
