only the thin like cloth matieral has been removed,it's a 1994 plymouth voyager. My Dad loves his van ,Thanks for your help

You could try a salvage yard.

Or you could remove it and buy the automotive cloth and glue it to the liner and them put it back in.

I'd personally take dad on a test drive of a newer vehicle and see if he bites.

You can get spray adhesive at any automotive store. Starting carefully at the front spray the adhesive in small sections and work the new material back with a roller. It usually takes two people to do the job so recruit a good friend. Since the spray gives off some fumes be sure to do the job outside on a cloudy day. The adhesive may take a few days to "cure"so rent Dad a car til it's all set.
