two counts of attempted murder, possession of COCAINE and MARIJUANA. CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPON, Speeding, No insurance, driving without, AWDW INTENT TO KILL, and a couple other minor ones. The possession was less thank 1/2 oz.

So after you know all that, Honestly how much time do you think he will get? Obviously the littler ones will be dropped. But I was wondering how long am I going to be sending money to his A $$ ??

Thanks!

WOW.... I am very surprised of the resposes, I asked how long do you think he will go for, I didnt expect the responses I recieved, I should have though.

I would explain the reasoning but I can see that would be useless to the people here.

I just thought maybe there was someone in here who knew of someone or something that can allow me to see what the future may hold for him.

And btw,you said people like him dont belong on the streets... How do you know? If you were in his situation you would probably have done the same thing. Life isnt always as easy as people think... people whomhave a safe haven, a home, people like most who are free, away from the horrible things in life. You only know what you have seen.

Yes tax payers of NC will be paying for his living while he is in there, they will also be paying for him to get a education, and give him a little stability he needs, and one day he will be out working amongst your children. So I hope the tax payers pay their taxes.

btw

My brother added, " Our cousin wanted to go big or go home. He went Big, and now you are paying for his home.

Oh yeah, His girlfriend is on welfare with a kid... Thanks guys again!"

I have no idea why he is in this situation but anyway. The charges that he should be most worried about are the attempted murder, concealed weapon and the intent to kill. If I were you I would have him get an attorney and try to plead out the case. I assume he is guilty and I would not try to fight all of the charges. I live in Florida and the law here is if you commit a crime while carrying a gun it is automatic 10 years per charge. If you fire the gun, 20 years per charge and if you kill some one 25 to life.

My best guess would be, if he plead down the charges of maybe one attempted murder and one concealed weapon. Then he may get away with 10 to 15 years. But there are4 no guarantees. He is looking at a lot of charges here and each one can carry a stiff sentence. He needs a good lawyer and try to get the sentences to all run at the same time.

I feel for your family. I have a nephew who has been in and out of prison for many years and it is always hard on the family. Best of luck to you and get him a lawyer.

Sounds like he is going to be gone for a while. As far as the $ if you can't afford it don't send him any. What do you owe him. Most prisions have jobs the immates can apply for for a small wage for comfort items. Other than that the state will give him everything he needs compliments of the NC taxpayers.

Well, drug crimes have mandatory minimum sentences, I'm not sure what NC' are. With an attempted murder charge probably the rest of his life.

On a separate note, when it comes to crime excuses are like a**holes everyone has one. I grew up poor too, but never resorted to crime, the ends don't always justify the means.

Wow, i did no longer study the entire difficulty, yet i'm specific unlawful immigrants are crowding jails everywhere in the rustic. it particularly is a pity that the difficulty receives clouded while human beings say "we are all immigrants." this is genuine, however the difficulty is legality. we are all immigrants, yet maximum folk or our kin individuals went in the direction of the technique legally and grew to become human beings. lots of the criminal immigrants have not any desire to grow to be electorate. they only want our unfastened handouts and unfastened education for his or her little ones because of the fact they might't get that in the process the oppressive countries they arrive from. it particularly is a risky concern that needs a competent answer. If it maintains they way that is going we can no longer have a rustic in any respect.

Stop making excuses for this thug. There is no reason to be caught with all those drugs, weapons, no insurance, speeding, intent to kill.

He is a danger to society and needs to be locked up for a lllloooooonnnnnng time.

Don't send him a cent! He is about to get what he truely deserves. This individual obviously show no sign of being a responsible person, and needs to be off the streets.

He will be put away for a long time. As far as how long you will be sending money to bail him out is up to you. If it were up to me, he would never have received a dime.

Who cares how long he will stay in jail and why would you even consider sending him money?
