You need to know him on a friendly basis first. Then find some common interests. If he likes someone else its for a certain reason. She may or may not be his type and he'll loose interest after some time has passed. This is just a part of life. I liked a girl who ended up liking another guy. She and I got to be good friends, but never got to date. I just wasn't her type. The best thing you can have is a friend if nothing else works.

I think the best thing would be to just move on- if he likes someone else, then you might end up wasting a lot of energy on trying to force feelings and it could end up hurting you more in the end. The interesting this is, though, it always seems that when you start to do other things and get that person out of your mind, you turn around and meet someone you like even more! Time heals everything.

Well i can tell you I learned how to solve that problem.
I work in a real estate office completely surrounded by hot guys,my boss is hot and the other two oh my God! The best thing is that they are super cool always happy and that makes them even hotter.
What I do is consider them as my best friends,the first days I was really drooling when I saw them,but now it´s OK
all the girls tell me I´m very lucky to work with these beautiful men and you know what :I think they´re right

Just as you would a friend, nothing starts a relationship better than friendship. if you truly care for him you will stay his friend even if he dates someone elce in the end guys like haveing someone they can talk to and trust. The more you are there for them the more they are there for you. But remember this guy needs to be a friend in return!! if he's not then move on.

In this case, you are better off to move on. If someone doesn't already think you're phenomenal, it's not worth your while to try to convince them; they should already think you are. Contrary to what movies may show, it's nearly impossible to divert a person's attention away from someone else and onto you. Even if you do, you will always wonder if you are his or her second choice. Wait for the person who will choose you as his number one interest.

and then if he likes you too
well then you suceeded.

the only way that will happen is if the girl he likes doesnt give him a chance or if she does u will have to be the one on the side

im a guy myself. if you look better and have more to offer than it shouldn,t be a problem. but if you don,t then try and hope for some luck.
