I bought a laptop that has Vista, and I also got street and trips. Unfortunately I cannot upload my excel sheets to save my life. When I try to import files I cannot find it in the given folder. Any ideas how I should save the excel file I need, binary, 2003, or what. Its frustrating, any ideas would be great. From what I understand Vista should be able to go back and understand older formats. Thanks

I have Microsoft Excel and Microsoft S&Ton my computer but I cannot get a file loaded. I know Vista is a op. sys. but I have also heard it has created problems down the line. I am trying to export from Excel to S&T, everything is 2007 versions. Hope this clarifies things.

I'm confused. Vista is an Operating System and Excel is an application. MS Streets and Trips is also an application that has nothing to do with Excel. If you don't have Excel loaded on the computer with Vista, you won't be able to download spreadsheets.

Are you trying to import Excel files into Streets and Trips? That's like importing a "circuit design pSPICE" file into...let's say...an audio editing program.

To open Excel files, you have to have Microsoft Office. It doesn't matter what version...but you have to have it. Streets and Trips is not part of Office.
