Theres this guy at work that I have a huge crush on. I had been dating someone since I started working here who treated me horribly and the guy at work would always have something to say that I should just leave him. He's always been really nice about it though and when my boyfriend and I finally broke up he totally knew and was very nice to me that first day cause he could tell I was upset. We're flirting all the time and he makes it a point everday at least once to come over and talk to me now that we dont sit by each other or emails me. He would be a nice change from the guys I've been used to dating but I'm not sure if he's really interested, and if he is how do I go about showing him that I'm interested?

Like I've said before. The kind of guys you date can become a trend if you like it or not you'll keep going after the same kind and getting treated poorly every time. Try someone different, not just someone else.
If he's a different kind I say go for it. As for letting him know just ask if he'd like to meet up somewhere outside of work. Food, movie, ect.....

First of all, be wary of at work relationships, check what the company policy is. Sometimes companies have a 'no date' policy. Then if you really are interested ask him to drinks. See what happens!! Nothing ventured nothing gained.....and good luck!

go up to him during lunch and tell him that there is this new movie that u want to watch. and that u are sure he would like it to. make sure that he knows that u really want him to go with u. and its only the 2 of u!!!!

why not just send him an email ..ask him if he would like to go see a movie this weekend?tell him there is this movie you have been wanting to see and would he like to go ? seems easy enough with little pressure...
