Yuengling Original Lager. Sam Adams is a close second.

If you are looking for a cheaper microbrew, that tastes just as good as a premium microbrew like Sam Adams, try JW Dundee's Honey Brown Lager. It's usually about $5 for 6 pack, or $8 for a 12 pack. Another decent one is Amber Bock, made by Michelob, and in the same price category. Of the two, I prefer Honey Brown.

Samuel Adams Boston Lager

Obviously you know those two factors are typically trade-offs. Microbreweries in your area may offer really good beer for a decent price, and it will just depend on your beer style preference. Otherwise, Rolling Rock is quite cheap for being a decent and quite drinkable beer.

the best case of beer for the price has to be milwaukees best light, most of the time its 10.39 for a case but other times you can find it 11.00 for a 30 pack. this is a real quality beer if you want to get drunk for cheap
