The simple way to make it is to have a loaf pan, either a throw away kind or heavier metal kind. Then take one pound of ground beef, add a tablespoon of minced onion, add one egg, half a cup of bread crumbs, any flavor you'd like. Mix this and then put into the loaf pan, it shapes it for you. On top I usually put some ketchup. Bake for about an hour at 350 and it should be really good.

to make a meat loaf i ussually put in 1 pound of meat, salt pepper, parsley, italian herbs, bread crumbs, an egg and either katsup or bbq sauce (usually on the top of the loaf.). mix all the wet ingredients together and then add it to the meat. slowly add in the bread crumbs, just to hold the loaf together. the loaf gets it's shape from the pan so just pack the meat in the pan when well mixed. the loaf will shrink but it is only the fat comming off of it. becarful when removing from the over because it will have a lot of excess grease.

Just take the whole blob of meat and put in the center of a baking dish and shape into a loaf. Or you can put it into a loaf pan.

Take about 1 lb. of hamburger (or ground turkey) and add 1 egg, salt, pepper, about 1 cup of bread crumbs (or crushed saltines), diced onions, tomato sauce (or ketchup), green peppers (optional), and anything else you like to add or delete. Shape into a loaf and I always top mine with ketchp (cheese might be good too). Bake at 425 for about 1 hour or until done. Yum yum yum!
