Can you give an average days diet for someone who wantd to put on weight, not a bodybuilder but just someone who is too skinny and needs a bit of shape and curves.
Like what would they ahve for breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner,snacks and drinks?

Gaabers that amazes me because I eat over twice that amount and I cannot put on any weight.

i was in your position. here's what i did.
Breakfast: needs to be the biggest meal of the day. have whole grains (i usually had a wholegrain bagel) and some type of dairy (light cream cheese) and some fruit.
Lunch: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are awesome for this. also, have some milk (2%) and some other healthy sides.
Dinner: protein protein and protein. and potato (or sweet potato!) and milk again. bread too.
After dinner, before you go to bed, you will want to eat something too. Usually, I had an apple with peanutbutter or sometimes i just ate junk (not recommended).

In closing, you just want to eat lots of healthy things. more of them. Don't overload on fatty things because you still want to be healthy after the weight gain.
