I think that the advice you have given to someone who is thinking of leaving their country for a new country, is well placed in your heart if you have experienced severe hardships in a new place, but those looking to leave and deadset on leaving their countries will not take the advice you have listed because they might not believe you and think you are lying or not looking for their best interests.
Even though you feel your advice is the right thing, unfortunately those who do not want negative advice will not pay attention to what you are saying and come anyway.

Reading through your q/a, you cannot seem to make up your mind as to what country you are in!!!! IF you are in the UK.........
The United Kingdom operates an open door policy, you are free to leave anytime you wish.That said,thank you for helping to keep immigration down. Its sad when others have to do what the UK Government are incapable of doing.

Haven't the English, the Irish and the Scots been duking it out for centuries? (If I recall correctly, there were wars over religion during medieval times and the Irish and Scots did not take kindly to colonialization by the UK.) There's no active war now of course, but I wouldn't be surprised if there remained some active grudges on both sides.

I so agree with you :) , although you can't blame otehr foreigh people from other poorer countries like africa, indonesia, where the country's in devestation from floods, tsunami etc or the country is fighting in a war like in iraq because of usa and uk.
