The only thing that i know for you to do if you want to lose 10lbs in a week is frist of all buy diet pills the best out their is hydroxycut hardcore which only start taking 2 pills aday and then their is Redline their is the pill and the drink the drink has a raseberry flavor but the good thing about Redline the pills is that they are liquid caps so it works alot better same goes for hydroxycut hardcore the Redline runs about $50.00 and the Hydroxycut Hardcore runs about $50.00 which they shouldnt be any more than that and if there is a gym up close to where you live if they have a sona sit in the sona about 30-45mins aday but drink plenty of water like at least a gallon a day because the sona will drain you.
