whats a way that will help me lose 15 pounds in a month? how many calories should i be eating and how many calories should i be burning each day? i am 225 pounds by the way.

oh yeah at your weight you should have problems losing quickly especially being a guy. you can cut back your eating, eat only when you are hungry stop when you are satisfied and drink plenty of water before your meal. the best way to go is to exercise at the same time while doing the above you'll look leaner and more toned and can fit into smaller clothes than losing the same amount of weight by not exercising. the whole calories counting is a pain, choose your food wisely and cut out sodas and go to diet. eat what you want but cut back on the amount. typically shooting for 1500 calories a day would be ideal. if running you can lose btwn approx 200+ calories in a half hour.

There's no healthy way to shed 15 pounds in a month. Doctors recommend losing one to two pounds a week, which would equal anywhere from four to eight pounds a month. Even pills like Trim-Spa are not gonna help you lose 15 within a thirty-day period. You could always try drinking that shite that cleanses your body out... but that's just water weight. Try exercising and eating healthy. It'll do better in the long-run.
