The law of wicca is that your acts come back to you threefold. Just as gravity is a law, it cannot be broken or changed. Remember that.
This guy sounds like a freak.
Wicca is a certain type of witchcraft that follows the God and Godess., not "the almighty God" so that should clue you in right there that he's not for real.
And you can be a witch and not wiccan.
I suggest you use your gifts for good and stay away from this guy.

First of all, I think this guy belongs in the loony bin! Since you have the gift of premonition you must trust your instincts. Becoming "one with the God almighty" is not something a witch (or Wiccan) would say, sounds more like a deluded Christian! Besides, once you choose the path of a witch (or Wiccan) you have already become one with the powers that be. You become aware that you are part of nature
It is possible to have memories of past lives, I know this because I have had them since I can remember. I was "blessed" (cursed) with being an empath. I am a witch by heredity going back to at least my great grandfather (who was a Comanche Medicine Man), not Wiccan. I know many witches who were not born to it but have chosen it as their path. And technically since Wicca is relatively new, I am sure that very few are born to it. Not all witches are Wiccan. Both are generally a path that one chooses. I have always thought that Wiccans were more for coven work. I am a Hedge Witch and a solitary practitioner. I am more into divination, herbal healing, gemology and natural spell work. Not heavily into worship or ritual. I have my own rituals for Sabats and Esbats. I have always been guided by my spirit guides and I am very fortunate to have 3.
I hope that I (along with the others) have helped you.

Wicca is a religion. Not all Wiccans are witches. Anyone can be a witch, born into a family of witches or choosing to be so. Not all witches are Wiccan either. There are many religions that involve witchcraft. And one can be a witch without being associated with any particular religion. The only advice I have is follow your gut. Your gut is telling you to stay away from this guy. I tend to agree. Don't ever let anyone put you in a position of vulnerability unless you implicitly trust this person.

Your boyfriend is ether pulling your leg or truly nuts. Wiccan's have nothing to do with black magic, the devil controling demons, vampires other human beings. The Wiccan law is no harm will come to u if u don't harm anyone. Also yes Wiccans' due worship God in a different way. They believe God has a more feminane side.
As for witches they don't really exist there brand of power to harm anyone doesn't exist.
I don't practice Wicca but I did some research on it and had a friend who was in Wicca.

The guy is lying to you. What he describes is nowhere near Wiccan practice. The following links will give you a more accurate idea of what we believe and what we do.
A relatively objective (non-Wiccan) set of articles on what Wiccans do and believe:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm
Another useful article:
http://www.religionfacts.com/neopaganism/paths/wicca.htm
A good site by Wiccans:
http://wicca.timerift.net
And the US Army Chaplains Handbook excerpt on Wicca:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/wic_usbk.htm
If you're looking to do some reading, I'd recommend "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham, and "Triumph of the Moon" by Ronald Hutton. I advise you to stay away from anything by Silver Ravenwolf, for reasons outlined in the following essay:
http://wicca.timerift.net/ravenwolf.shtml
As for definitions... witchcraft is a technique, like prayer, that is used in many different religious contexts. A witch is simply one who practices the technique of witchcraft (which one can have a talent for, just like anything else). Wicca is one of the religions in which witchcraft is practiced, but not all Wiccans do so. Therefore, while most Wiccans are witches, not all witches are Wiccans by a long shot.

Ummm, that guy isn't Wiccan in any possible way because Wiccans don't do anything he's telling you they do. He's full of it and probably dangerous to boot. Wiccans would NEVER EVER do what he's saying. EVER. Its against "Harm None".
Get away from him.
Not all Wiccans are witches. Witchcraft is not born into a person, its a practice. And witchcraft is not evil, only the intent when doing it (if it hurts someone) can be.
As for your premonitions, premonitions are visions of the future, not the past. Its possible you're having visions of the past.

I'm not a Wiccan but from what I've seen and heard and read about Wicca none of what that person told you sounds accurate at all. If anything he's lying to you. Wiccans believe that anything that you do whether good or bad comes back to you threefold. Also Wiccans don't believe in Satan.

You need to steer clear of people who make claims about realizations and junk about magick "w/o a price". The evidence is in the Rede and the Law of Three.
You might be well served by reading a book that's floating around out there that I got (and have recently given away to one in need) that talks about spiritual advisors, and how to choose a good one, in Wiccan and neo-Pagan traditions. It tells you who to avoid and who to start examining to see if they're worthy of your trust.
Trust your instincts... if something feels "hinky" then steer clear.
_()_ btw I'm an ex-Wiccan

Your guy is a luney tune.
We are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.
To tap in to your Psychic Sense you can go to my free develop-psychic-ability page here: http://www.psychic-junkie.com/develop-psychic-ability.html
And the 'Am I Psychic?' page is here http://www.psychic-junkie.com/am-i-psychic.html

Well, the guys definitely got a PhD (Piled High and Deep).
I would run, not walk away from this one, he is the worst kind of phony.
Witch: One who practices the ways of witchcraft, herb and plant lore, divination, and who may or may not also have psychic abilities.
Wiccan: A member of an initiatory system of witchcraft with emphasis on priesthood.
