Why cant you look them up?

keertrommel = it is a box that turns (also something to do with Conveyor belts)
gietmachine = casting machine
hoofdaandrijving = main propulsion, (induction machine drive system ?)

If I don´t know the rest of the sentence, it is very difficult to know what exactly you mean. It sounds very technical.
