WAS IN TANNING BED FOR 15 MIN IM IN ALOT PAIN ANY SUGGESTIONS BESIDES USE MY HEAD NEXT TIME:)

Solarcane. Not sure if I spelled it right, but you should be able to find it at the drugstore. It's a spray and it works really well.

Did you start out at 15 minutes? If it is your first time going back to the tanning bed after a long break, 15 minutes is WAY too long. Next time you go, start out at about 7 minutes and then add 3 or 4 minutes every couple of sessions. Just go up gradually.

i did the same thing a cpl weeks ago in a turbo bed anyhow i took some claritan over the counter kind kids strength so i could take when i needed and not have to worry about over lapping the time that was for the itching that prob. will come soon and i used lots of gold bond lotion max.strength you can get and use it often as needed to help keep from peeling it really helped me i didn't peel or anything it was the best combination of things i found!!!! good luck

For now, get some aloe vera gel. They make some with pain killers in them. Also a bath in vinegar water is good.

put on some hydratant cream... Hurry up !

Then get some aloe vera and aply on your skin for 5 mins ( until it drys out )

Take a shower and aply more hydratant cream..

You will feel a lot better !

But hurry up !! You mat get a bigger burn if you don't act fast !

take a shower in vineger. i know it sounds like it stings but it doesnt. thats what i use on my 4 yr old. you might stink for a few hours but it will stop the stinging and you will feel better in no time and it will help you from peeling .

you need to start out with littler time at first and then gradually work up after that....just give it a few days to heal b4 getting back in
