You won't catch cold, but you can get allergic sinusitis, from cats fur. Even status asthamaticus (Asthma) in highly sensitive individuals.

No. But if you have a slight allergy to cat dander or cat hair, your sinuses may be irritated. There are SOME diseases that can be transmitted from cats to people, but not cold viruses.

No, but if you're feeling feverish or get the sniffles/sneezes around your cat, you could simply be allergic to it. No big deal, just get some benadryll!
