The ones I use are steel. Any metal recycler will take them. I don't think they can be refilled...the valves are not made to be reused.

Take them to your local scrap yard - they deal in loads of different metals.

they are made of aluminium so recycle them .give to a recycling plant

Yes, put them in the fire, when you are done with them.You get the most super display lights up the whole nights sky.Rather like recreating Dante's inferno on earth........................................
