2007-03-07 06:34:51 · update #1

I am not overweight. I am 91lbs, 4'11-5ft
32in bust
27in waist
not sure about hips, I don't feel like taking my belt and jeans off.

I want a flat stomach, I'm taking vitemin suppliments for protein, I don't eat meat. For the most part, I just want to stick to a healthy diet that doesn't consist of too much food.

is that what you eat in a day? Ok I have recently lost 98 pounds. Wanna know my secret? I ate 1000 calories a day, which I would say is a lot more than that and most experts would say that it is too little calories at 1000 but it worked for me. I ate lots and I mean lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, wholemeal breads and ate small amounts regularly. I also had regular exercise, walking the dog for an hour a day. your aren't eating enough, you will get ill and your body will crave food, which means that your probably won't stick to the diet for too long. Trust me lots of fruit, veg, white meats, and natural carbs (wholemeals) stay away from dairy, red meat and alcohol and you will be fine. I hope this helps.

Not even close. If you're a girl, you shouldn't consume less than 1,500 calories a day, and if you're a guy you shouldn't consume less than 1,800 calories a day. If you want to lose weight, just cut back on your caloric intake and eat stuff you know is good for you while keeping the "bad for you" stuff to a minimum. Also, if you eat breakfast every day and eat six small meals or snacks instead of three squares per day, you'll ramp up your metabolism and lose even more weight. See, if you eat too much at one sitting your body stores the excess as fat, but if you eat less food more often your body expends more energy digesting it. Oh, don't forget to get some exercise in there -- doesn't have to be all at once; three brisk 10-minute walks every day counts, and you can walk as much as you want without worrying about burning muscle (cap cardio at 40 minutes). Good luck!

It is not healthy. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

that is genuine that uncooked culmination and vegetables have extra supplementations. We began cooking meals for a reason nevertheless. uncooked vegetables are actually not as definitely digested. Cooking genuinely help launch the countless supplementations and make it accesible. i'm not sure which materials extra supplementations to the physique. i think of for some food, it particularly is a internet advance, jointly as others it particularly is a lost while cooked. the different reason we prepare dinner food , is to kill pathogens. that is even worse, now with production facility farming. One contaminated lettuce can contaminate an excellent deal of lettuce. by technique of how, how can you get proteins. i think nuts, yet attempt eatting a uncooked bean. Even shuckies are not that pallatable uncooked. i think you are able to consume spouts. in the experience that your a vegetarian, you may no longer difficulty approximately maximizing your supplementations. In some coutries, they do compromise. they might positioned the vegetable in a boiling water for a speedy dip. it would kill the bacterias on the exterior, jointly as the interior may be nevertheless uncooked. I strongly advise you are attempting this for eco-friendly onions.

If you want a flat stomach, the only thing that's gonna get you it is doing full sit ups. you can eact a 1000 calories a day and still have a "pouch" if you don't do sit ups everyday. And i'm not talking crunches, they don't do anything. You need to do full sit ups.

Also, I've recently learned, that the when you don't eat a lot, your body goes into starvation mode and actually stores the fat you are trying to lose.

No,I don't think so.You should eat 13 calories for every pound you way to maintain energy levels. What I have experienced over is you are better off, eating in moderation, from a wide variety of food groups.Eat your fruits, drink your veggies-juice them.Never mix fruits, and vegetables at the same time. They will work against each other. Also fruits, and veggies are living cells,to feed your living cells.Animals are dead, and so are their cells.Still, chicken,or fish is good for you.,or any meat in moderation.

No, that is not a healthy diet at all. You need a more balanced diet. You need protein!! Try eating a well balanced meal, it doesn't have to be big, you also need more fruit and veggies in your diet as well. When you don't eat right, you can gain weight!
